Kintaman Project Phase 3 Update


Kintaman A'Villa Phase 3 is launched on 21 May 2011. For phase 3, the outlook design for Type 22' x 77' will be the same as 22' x 75' but the floor plan of  22' x 75' has slightly change.

Below is the package of Phase 3 offered to the purchasers.

1) 5% discount from the Confirmed Price
2) Free SPA Legal Fee
3) Free MOT

Kindly take note that for all drop out units in phase 1 & 2 will go according to the below package.

2) The Confirmed selling price will no longer entitle for the 10% discount.

Kintaman Phase 3 to be launched soon

The freehold 2 and 2½ link houses project will be officially launched soon. This is a guarded with security fencing residence.

For the phase 3, there are 3 different types of layouts, i.e., 
22' x 75', 
22 x 77', 
22 x 85 (2½ storey)


Based on the selling price of the same type 22' x 75' for phase 2 was at RM381,800.00 (before 5% discount), the same type for phase 3 will be selling above the price. However this is yet to be announced by the developer. The discount given will also be changed for phase 3 too.


Currently, there are some interested buyers already place their booking for phase 3. To final details of the price and discount ( special package) will be announced within the weeks.
